Pond Armor Product Return and Cancellation Policy
At Pond Armor, we stand by the quality and performance of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully to ensure your request is processed smoothly.
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
- To request a cancellation, contact our customer service at 800-716-1545 with your order number.
- If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return (see return process below).
- Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product was purchased directly from Pond Armor (returns for items purchased through third-party retailers must be processed with those retailers).
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund.
Exclusions:
- Custom-tinted products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been used, applied, or altered in any way
- Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service at info@pondarmor.com or 800-716-1545 with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
- Package the item securely and include the RA number on the shipping label.
- Ship the product back using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Refund Options
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Full Refunds (minus any restocking fees) – Eligible for items returned in their original condition.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@pondarmor.com or 800-716-1545 with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Warranty Information
Certain products may be covered under Pond Armor’s Warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. For warranty-related inquiries, please refer to our warranty policy or contact customer support.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-tinted or special-order products
- Used or partially applied products
- Gift cards and promotional items
